FREE Virtual Home Inspection Workshop

Students of both the National Online Home Inspection Course and Correspondence Course are invited to participate in a FREE educational program, the Virtual Home Inspection Workshop. These one-hour workshops are conducted live online with each session devoted to education, your understanding, answering your questions and making you a better home inspector.

Workshops are led by Don Norman, an experienced home inspector since 1985 who has inspected approximately 10,000 buildings and is also the Manager of Home Inspection Training for Kaplan. Don’s weekly workshops will cover areas such as roofing, plumbing, structure and mechanical systems. Occasionally special guest instructors will discuss topics such as insurance, report writing and the cost of doing business.

All workshops are live online classes (workshops are not pre-recorded sessions) in which you log into class via the internet and participate with other distance education students in real time maximizing your learning experience. While not required, we strongly recommend you have a headset with microphone. A high speed internet connection is also beneficial but not mandatory.

Workshops are held once a week on alternating Tuesdays at 12 noon and Thursdays at 6:00 pm (central time).
