Nevada home inspectors are required to complete
three hours of Safety Training in order to
renew their license. Kaplan's new Safety First!
course is the only safety-specific approved
course in Nevada. This three hour course teaches
students the basic requirements of inspection safety.
Performing home inspections requires a general working
knowledge of the potential hazards inherent with
accessing remote areas of the home as well as proper
use of tools, particularly ladders, for both inspector
and client safety. This Kaplan course teaches students
the tools required and inspection methods as well
as understanding the ramifications and magnitude
of safety issues found or potentially encountered
during the inspection.

Course Description:
