This
16 hour course is designed to prepare individuals
who have training and/or experience in the field
of home inspection to pass nationally recognized,
association and state exams. Passing these examinations
requires a working knowledge of inspection methods,
building systems, reporting methods and professional
practices, as well as commonly encountered code
compliance and safety issues. This Kaplan Course
serves as a review of all of these topics as they
relate to examinations and additionally familiarizes
students with exam protocols and sound test taking
strategies.

National Home Inspector Examination® (NHIE®) is
widely regarded as the best home inspector competence
test available-it is currently required by 16
state regulatory bodies for competency assessment,
and is the membership test required by may professional
inspection associations. In the growing and
