course is geared to take the student, who has a background
in construction, engineering, or related fields, into the
growing home inspection business. This course consists of
six days of fast-paced instruction with a combination of classroom,
hands-on, and in-field instruction. You will gain a working
knowledge of all the systems and technical areas required
to complete a home inspection. In addition to building your
current skill level, we will cover topics on business and
marketing.

Course Fees
Registration - $1,599 plus applicable tax and shipping

Please be advised to become a state of Connecticut Licensed Home Inspector, students are required to conduct 100 home inspections under the supervision of another licensed home inspector and pass state exams. Additional fees may be incurred by the student for oversight of such inspections and are not part of this course.
