"I have been a consulting engineer for 12 years and I am experienced at identifying engineering liability and using the language that goes along with it. Liability language for home inspectors is slightly different and I appreciated the feedback from someone who knows the home inspection industry. I gained a lot of useful knowledge from the Kaplan home study course."
