| Pass the National Home Inspectors Exam or other Department approved Exam. |
Our online, Virtual Exam Prep Course and on-line practice exam enhances your classroom experience and knowledge giving you the edge you need to pass your required exams. |
| Maintain and file with the board proof of General Liability insurance coverage in the amount of at least $250,000. |
