The State of Virginia Voluntary Program Requires:	Kaplan Offers:
Complete 35 hours of classroom technical content education and perform 100 inspections; or Complete 70 hours of classroom technical content education and perform 50 inspections.
Pass the National Home Inspectors Exam or other Department approved Exam.
Maintain and file with the board proof of General Liability insurance coverage in the amount of at least $250,000.	Our unique Pay Per Inspection Insurance Program satisfies the state requirements and is perfect for the new home inspector.
