Caroline Knox has over nine years experience in promotions and marketing that span a diverse number of industries. In April 2004, Caroline joined the Marketing Department at Kaplan Professional Schools. In her capacity as Marketing Manager, she is motivated to develop and promote Kaplan’s outstanding image through both local and national marketing opportunities. Whether endorsing our superior education, product or services, Caroline is excited to reach out and present endless possibilities to professionals within the home inspection industry.

In addition to promoting Kaplan’s business enhancing opportunities, Caroline's past experiences includes web design, online marketing, producing and coordinating celebrity charity events. Australian born and raised, Caroline has also lived in Indonesia and Brazil. She currently resides in California with her husband Manuel Serrano, a Master Sergeant in the United States Marine Corp.
