Kaplan Professional Schools now offers the Nevada Law for Inspectors of Structures. This course provides you with a good understanding of Nevada Law (645D) and makes you aware of any updates and changes to the law as it pertains to chapter 645D. This course consists of 4 hours classroom instruction by an instructor approved by the Nevada Real Estate Division. At the end of this course, you must take and pass a final exam. After completing this course and passing the final exam, you will meet the Nevada Law educational pre-license requirements set forth by the Nevada Real Estate Division per NAC 645D.210 “Requirements for certificate as a certified residential inspector”. Successful completion with a passing score of not less than 75 percent (per NAC Sec.23.645D.238) is required for a certificate of completion.
