Kaplan Graduate Class Audit Policy
Kaplan has built a solid reputation based upon quality training, comprehensive classroom materials, Instructor excellence, and supportive administrative staff members.
Our graduates are provided the opportunity to audit (re-sit) classes they have previously graduated from as a refresher and to increase their knowledge at no additional charge. In order to ensure that our first-time students receive the same quality training that our graduate audits experience, the following must be adhered to:
- The ability to audit a class is based on the number of available seats; priority is given to first-time attendees. If we cannot accommodate you during the class you’ve requested, we will do our best to get you into the next class. All graduates who wish to audit a class must first register by calling a Career Counselor at 800-323-9235.
- Graduates may audit any class that they have previously paid for and attended at no charge.
- Graduates may purchase newer versions of class materials at a Kaplan graduate discount rate of 5% off retail pricing.
- We request that graduates auditing classes keep questions and comments to a minimum to allow first-time students to participate as much as possible.
- Continuing Education Credits will not be issued for auditing a class. Exception: A Graduate who wishes to pay the discounted daily rate for auditing a course or portions of a course will be issued the corresponding CEC’s and certificate.
