Pete Weaver came to the home inspection industry after a career in higher education that spanned more than twenty years. As Professor of Computer Science, Pete earned several certifications in technology, and was listed in three out of the last ten editions of Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers. After leaving his former position he trained for home inspection with ITA and opened his own company, Coastal Pacific Property Inspection. He has now merged his lengthy experience in curriculum development with his training and experience in home inspection to develop new courses, materials and presentations for ITA classrooms across the country.
