What You Can Expect...

Kaplan is licensed by the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education, the Commonwealth of Virginia Board of Education and Vocational Education, the Florida State Board of Nonpublic Career Education, the Illinois Office of Banks and Real Estate, the Connecticut Commission of Higher Education, the Texas Real Estate Commission, the Colorado Real Estate Commission and the State of Nevada Real Estate Division to teach home inspections.

Kaplan is a full-service school, offering a complete line of products as well as numerous training courses. We are not a franchise nor do we pressure you into paying for additional support. Upon passing the final exam, each graduate receives a certificate of completion from the course. Our training prepares individuals for all associations’ exams, such as NHIE®, ASHI®, CREIA®, etc. Graduates also receive discounted pricing on Kaplan products, specialized training sessions and attending our annual educational conference held in Las Vegas. We also send our bi-monthly publication “The Kaplan Report” for 1 year complimentary. “The Kaplan Report” is filled with great inspection tips and money-making ideas for every home inspection professional to use. We treat our graduates like an extended family of home inspectors, constantly exchanging information, providing updates within the industry, and offering support in all capacities.
