Platinum
Care - Career Mentoring
At Kaplan we understand how important it is for your client to
finish their course within the prescribed time line. We developed
Platinum Care to help you and your clients to reach their
goals. Platinum Care combines instruction, motivation, mentoring,
accountability and reporting.
When
you select Platinum Care your client will be assigned a career
mentor in addition to their Live Lecture instructor. This
mentor will call your client on their non-school days, up
to three times a week, to assist them with their lessons and
help them stay motivated. This is especially important during
the time after their Live Lecture class has ended and while
they are preparing for the final exam. The mentor will also
keep you informed of your client’s progress. You will
receive immediate notification in the event of any special
problems, and together we will come up with a solution for
success. You will also receive a monthly written report.
Platinum
Care is provided in 4 week terms. Time lines can be extended
In 2 week blocks. Platinum Care can be selected with any course.
