together, but no matter your direction, EDUCATION
IS A MUST! There are multiple ways to manage the
mold issue: Disclaim it, only do inspections
for it, and do inspections and take samples.
These courses give you a complete system for one or
all of the possibilities.
Day
One
Home
inspectors can manage their risk with each home inspection
that they conduct by knowing what to look for, how-to
test or disclose correctly, types of mold samplings, and
what Red Flags are.
Day
Two
The
Mold Survey - The purpose of the survey is
to identify areas suspect to moisture intrusion that may
be conducive to fungal growth. Learn how-to identify the
Red Flags and how-to perform the mold survey
and make recommendations for sampling. Exam at the end
of day two.
Day
Two and a half
Field Inspection - Approx. 3 hours. Learn
how-to do sampling in the field and complete the mold
survey report. Field inspection ends at 12:00 pm.

a residential / commercial inspector, who is interested
in adding Mold Inspection Services to his/her company.
Also, an individual who is interested in learning more
about mold. Learn
