The State of West Virginia Requires:	Kaplan Offers:
Complete a minimum of 80 Hours of approved Home Inspection education.	Our Enhanced Residential Inspection Course is State approved for 90 hours.
Pass the National Home Inspector Examination or the NAHI exam for certification.
Maintain and file with the board proof of a certificate of general liability insurance in an amount not less than $250,000.	List of insurance providers available; contact a Career Counselor for more information.
