The State of Alabama Requires:	Kaplan Offers:
Membership in ASHI® or Equivalent.	Our Enhanced Residential Inspection Course– 90 hours. Other options: Fast Track Inspection Training Course – 55 hours and our National Online Home Inspection Course – 125 hours.
Pass the ASHI Standards and Ethics exam and the National Home Inspectors Exam.
Report review.	We will provide two free report reviews prior to submission.
File with the Commission General Liability insurance with limits of at least $20,000 property damage, $50,000 injury/death to one person $100,000 injury/death to more than one person and Errors and Omissions insurance coverage with limits of at least $250,000.
