Kevin is the President and Co-founder of Inspection Training Associates (ITA). Kevin has been President of the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) and a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI^®) Board of Directors. Kevin received his "Authorization to Teach" home inspections from the Bureau of Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education in 1989. He has authored numerous books, video tapes, home inspection curricula and the ITA "Matrix" Inspection Report System, which is currently used by over 7000 companies across the United States and Canada. Kevin was awarded ASHI's ^® President's Award in 1993 in appreciation of his services to the association. He was awarded CREIA’s highest award, The John Daly Award, in 1997 for his longstanding commitment, contribution and leadership to the association. Kevin is a licensed general contractor and has personally performed over 6000 inspections.
