Hi, I'm Jennifer Davidson, Correspondence Course Director and founding partner of Davidson
Real Estate Inspection Service. Yes, I am an inspector. I began my association with ITA in 1993
by taking the extended two-week course. I then established Davidson REI Service and have built a
client base in the San Diego area. I'll be happy to impart my technical knowledge and experience
to ITA's correspondence course students when they have questions and/or problems. Ask me about
inspections, especially the crawl!
