Virginia Home Inspector Licensing Requirements

"I was one of your students about four years ago in your school in Manassas. I wanted to thank you for helping me to get started and to maintain a successful business. My clients believe that they receive a highly informative and professional home inspection and that is in part due to the inspection techniques that I learned at ITA. Thank yo very much."

Unable to Attend Classroom Training?
ITA's National Correspondence Course has been designed to aid home inspectors in their quest for much needed information and training. ITA has been training students in its intensive 11 day course at our licensed schools across the country since 1987. As a result of the growing need for a comprehensive home study course, ITA developed the National Correspondence Course. If you are unable to attend an ITA classroom course, this course is the most qualified home study option available for Virginia home inspector training.

Need CE Credits or just want to study up on a specific area of inspection? ITA now offers individual CE Home Study Courses—each only $89 and approved for 8 CE credits. Choose the extent of home inspection training you need.
