A: There is not a set maximum on the loan but there is a minimum amount to be borrowed of $1000.00.

Q: Can students buy anything besides courses with the loan proceeds?

A: Yes, anything that Kaplan sells can be added on the total tuition amount. The student can also borrow an additional 60% above the tuition amount for extra expenses, which they will receive separately by check in the mail.
