Steve Preins is the President of Morningside Inspections, a multi-inspector firm that has performed thousands of home inspections and radon measurements. Steve has a Bachelors of Science in Construction Management, and was a Structural Engineer's Field Representative and Inspector as well as a Hospital Construction Administrator. Steve is founder and past President of the Northern Illinois Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors and is Chairman, ASHI National Public Relations Committee 2000, 2001, 2002.
