Home Inspector Law
This mandatory 2 hour IL inspector law training is included
with Fast Track
and Enhanced Residential
Inspection courses at ITA Illinois. IL law training
is held the first thursday of class from 6-8 pm.

ITA's
National Correspondence Course has been designed to aid home
inspectors in their quest for much needed information and
training. ITA has been training students in its intensive
11 day course at our licensed schools across the country since
1987. As a result of the growing need for a comprehensive
home study course, ITA developed the National
Correspondence Course. If you are unable to attend
an ITA classroom course, this course is the most qualified
home study option available for Illinois home inspector training.

CE Credits or just want to study up on a specific area of
inspection? ITA now offers individual CE
Home Study Courses—each only $89 and approved
for 8 CE credits. Choose the extent

The
state of Illinois requires individuals to complete 60 hours
