Stephen Gladstone has been inspecting homes since 1983 and is the President
of Stonehollow Fine Home Inspections a multi-inspector home inspection and
environmental testing company. He is a past President of both the Southern
New England and Coastal CT. Chapters of ASHI®, in CT. He was ASHIs
National President for 2004 and is the Managing Instructor and Campus Director
of our Kaplan Connecticut school, in New Haven. He has written many
articles for local papers, has been nationally featured in Reader's Digest
and The Wall Street Journal, is a contributing author for the ASHI®
Reporter, and has his own Saturday morning radio show "Around the House
with Steve Gladstone" on WSTC and WNLK radio. |

Dunbar

Brian Dunbar
is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the
Southern New England Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors
(SNEC ASHI). He is a registered building and remodeling contractor in
the State of Connecticut. Brian is an instructor for Kaplan Professional Schools (Kaplan). His teaching specialty is New Construction Inspections.
He has 20 years experience in the home building industry.

Matthew Gladstone

Matthew Gladstone is a State of Ct. Licensed Inspector and has been working for Stonehollow as an Inspector for the last 10 years. He has completed his Masters Degree in Bilingual Special Education and is fluent in Spanish. He is a Certified Member of ASHI and the Home Protection Network. He has inspected many homes in CT and New York and helps teach our regular courses, Report Writing & Field Training.

Kasznay
Kaplan Instructor
Andy Kasznay is the owner of Kasznay’s Building Inspection Service LLC. Of Harwinton, CT. He has been an ASHI member and a home inspector since 1992. Prior to entering the home inspection business, Andy operated a family owned electrical, plumbing, and heating contracting business while maintaining an affiliation with the U.S. Air Force Reserve. Andy retired from the Air Force as a Colonel following thirty one years of service. Andy joined the Kaplan staff in 2003, and teaches all modules of the home inspection curriculum and also teaches the Commercial Inspections Specialty Course. Andy presently serves on the National Board of Directors of the American Society of Home Inspectors.

David has
been inspecting homes for more than 20 years, and has completed more than
10,000 home inspections. David has received a degree in electrical engineering,
and has a strong architectural engineering background. David is a long-standing
member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and has held positions
of both President and Vice President of the Southern New England Chapter
of ASHI.

Wilkes

Melvin Wilkes has been working as a home inspector for the last seven years for Stonehollow Fine Home Inspections of Stamford, CT. Mel has completed well over 1500 inspections, and still counting. He is licensed in Connecticut and graduated from Kaplan Virginia in 2001. He has been a Certified member of ASHI since 2004. Mel joined forces with Kaplan Connecticut in 2003 and teaches hands on training in the field. He has been an Intern supervisor for both the Home Protection Network and Stonehollow, guiding new inspectors through the important aspects of report writing, defect recognition, and customer service.
