The State of Oregon Requires:	Kaplan Offers:
Documentation of at least 20 eligibility points (which are earned by previous training, education or experience in home inspections and other construction related fields).	Our Enhanced Residential Inspection course (90 hours), the ONLY ASHI approved training class earns you 10 eligibility points. Or select our Fast Track Home Inspection Training course (55 hours), which earns you 10 eligibility points. Along with the classroom training, you may take 10 of our Field Trainings which earn you another 10 eligibility points.
Successfully pass the Oregon state exam	Our online, Virtual Exam Prep Course and on-line practice exam enhances your classroom experience and knowledge giving you the edge you need to pass your required exams.
