| Complete a minimum of 64 Hours of Approved Home Inspection Education (of which 3 hours must be Manufactured Home Inspection). |
Our Enhanced Residential Inspection Course – 90 hours is State approved and our Manufactured Home Inspection Course – 8 hours is State approved. |
| Pass the National Home Inspector Examination as provided by the Exam Board of Professional Home Inspectors. |
Our online, Virtual Exam Prep Course and on-line practice exam enhances your classroom experience and knowledge giving you the edge you need to pass your required exams. |
| Submit proof of liability insurance coverage (minimum of $250,000). |
