This course is geared to take the student, who has a background in construction, engineering or related fields, into the growing home inspection business. Six days of fast-paced instruction with a combination of classroom, hands-on and in-field instruction. You will gain a working knowledge of all the systems and technical areas required to complete a home inspection. In addition to building your current skill level, we cover topics on business and marketing.

Registration - $1,499 plus applicable tax and shipping for course materials**
* Illinois Fast Track Course is 60 hours in class, 55 hours pre-class homework. Illinois Law course is held one evening during Fast Track.
Please be advised to become a state of Connecticut Licensed Home Inspector, students are required to conduct 100 home inspections under the supervision of another licensed home inspector and pass state exams. Additional fees may be incurred by the student for oversight of such inspections and are not part of this course.

Kaplan handout binder and Matrix Deluxe Sample are provided in class as opposed to being shipped prior to class. Completion of this course does not automatically qualify for certification by any specific organization or state licensing board, however, course completion qualifies for 55 continuing education credits.
