| Complete a minimum of 60 Hours of approved Home Inspection education (including 10 hours of lab work). |
Our Fast Track Inspection Course – State approved for 60 hours; or our Enhanced Residential Inspection Course—State Approved for 90 Hours. Both courses include required lab work. |
| Pass the Home Inspector Examination for Illinois. |
Our online, Virtual Exam Prep Course and on-line Practice Exam enhance your classroom experience and give you the edge you need to pass your required exams. |
| Submission of Home Inspector application and fees. |

Illinois Home Inspector Law
This mandatory 2 hour IL inspector law training is included with Fast Track and Enhanced Residential Inspection courses at Kaplan Illinois. IL law training is taught in the evening.
